Registered Nurse Educated to degree level in relevant subject or an equivalent level of experience working at a similar level Experience of Health assessments Knowledge of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care. Demonstrable experience or training equivalent to an additional diploma level. Knowledge of long-term health conditions and the effects of these on the individual A good understanding of the health and social care environment and roles and responsibilities within it Excellent standard of written English Clear communicator with excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills; capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences. Ability to understand and communicate complex issues and manage difficult situations, requiring persuasion and influence. Attention to detail combined with the ability to extract key messages from the analysis of complex source material.
